Giving rooms the desired atmosphere through colour selection is a true art. Whether harmoniously matched or purposely not, the right combination of hues can define a space. This year, we're excited to introduce 8 new colours, inspired by fashion while staying true to timeless hues.

When selecting colours for our standard selection, we carefully consider how they will interact with one another, grouping them in ways that help architects make informed decisions. To ensure that the marker is always visible we also consider the colour’s Light Reflective Value (LRV), this refers to the percentage of light a colour reflects.

Our colour names are based on the different moods that we think they create. Among the additions are a clear blue (PEACEFUL) and a matching light sky blue (CRISP). We've also added three new red and orange shades that match well with wood and earthy materials, including a bricky red (LOVING), a soft orange (BRAVE), and a mustard yellow (SUNNY). For the pink segment, we've included a strong red-pinkish colour (BLOSSOM) and a colder pink hue (BLUSH). Finally, a mid-beige shade completes our brown-beige palette.

All new glass colours are available on all our writable glassboards, mobile and wall mounted, matte Silk-glass® and classic Mood-glass®. We encourage designers to carefully choose their colours and experiment with different combinations. By utilising these new colours and thoughtfully considering their interactions, architects and designers can create beautiful, functional, and engaging spaces.
